Mr. Sharp was raised in Mclean, Virginia. He obtained his Bachelors Degree from the University of Colorado, Boulder in 1992. During college, Mr. Sharp served as an intern for the U.S. Congress Subcommittee on Energy and Power.

Between college and law school, Mr. Sharp was a buyer in the medical supply field. From 1996 -1999, Mr. Sharp attended the University of Miami School of Law where he graduated cum laude, in the top fifth of his class. While at law school, Mr. Sharp was a member of the University of Miami Business Law Review and was a founding board member of PLEDGE, a non profit company designed to aid under privileged urban residents and migrant workers.

After graduation from law school, Mr. Sharp became an associate in a large Florida firm, where he practiced insurance defense, with a focus in medical malpractice and legal malpractice, and aviation insurance defense including aviation products liability. In the course of Mr. Sharp’s employment, he defended ValuJet in the litigation arising from the Flight 592 ValuJet Air Disaster and he took part in the defense of manufacturers, maintenance corporations and small air lines for their roles in a number of small plane and helicopter crashes that occurred in the U.S., Caribbean Islands and South America.

In 2000, Mr. Sharp became an associate in a Miami based plaintiff’s law firm that focused on litigating medical and nursing home malpractice cases. In 2004, after generating more income than any other partner, Mr. Sharp became a name partner in the firm. During his tenure with the firm, Mr. Sharp litigated over 100 nursing home and A.L.F. abuse and neglect cases across the states of Florida and Georgia.

In 2005, Mr. Sharp, along with H. Joshua Diamond started the law firm of Sharp, Diamond, P.A. At Sharp, Diamond, P.A., Mr. Sharp's primary areas of practice are medical malpractice, nursing home malpractice, products liability, negligent security, premises liability, catastrophic trucking and automobile accidents, aviation accidents and wrongful death of any kind.

In addition to being admitted to practice in the State of Florida and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida, Mr. Sharp has litigated cases in Georgia and served as a pro hac vice counsel in other states as well. Mr. Sharp has an AV peer review rating from Martindale Hubble and he is listed in Florida Super Lawyers as a "Rising Star". Mr. Sharp has served on the Board of Directors of the Dade County Trial Lawyers and he has been both a member of ATLA and the Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers. He previously served on the Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers Young Lawyers Board of Directors. Mr. Sharp is currently an EAGLE Member of The Florida Justice Association.

Mr. Sharp also donates his time to the Put Something Back Program in Miami-Dade, County and the Lawyers For Children Program, also in Miami-Dade, County.

Bo spends the majority of his free time with his wife Cris and their two sons, Hunter and Santiago ("Bubba').



Mr. Diamond was born in Silver Spring, Maryland and lived in the Maryland suburbs of Washington, D.C., until he graduated from high school in 1989. In 1993, he obtained his Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science at Syracuse University in Syracuse, New York. While attending Syracuse University, he interned for New York State Assemblyman Joseph A. Nicoletti in his district office. After graduation, Mr. Diamond served as a Political Campaign Coordinator for the Assemblyman in his bid to become Mayor of Syracuse, New York.

In 1994, Mr. Diamond began studying law at the University of Miami School of Law. During law school, he served as Miami-Dade County Court Judge Bernard R. Jaffe’s law clerk, and also clerked for several litigation firms in Miami, Maryland and Washington, D.C. While studying law at the University of Miami, Mr. Diamond also attained membership in the Phi Delta Phi honors legal fraternity and served as a Certified Legal Intern for the Miami-Dade County Public Defender’s Office. After his graduation from law school in 1997, Mr. Diamond became a member of both the Florida Bar and the Washington, D.C., Bar. Thereafter, Mr. Diamond began practicing litigation with several law firms in Miami and Coral Gables, Florida.

In 2005, Mr. Diamond founded the law firm of Sharp, Diamond, P.A., and continues to practice litigation in South Florida, focusing primarily in the areas of personal injury, wrongful death, medical malpractice and insurance coverage and disputes. Mr. Diamond is currently authorized to practice law in the State of Florida, Washington, D.C., and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
